Counseling

I know from personal experience what it can feel like to be frustrated and desperate for change but not know where to start. That first step can feel so overwhelming. My heart’s desire is to walk alongside you as we learn together how to begin the healing process. I love working with individuals and couples through all stages of their relationship: dating, premarital, and marital. I have experience working with those who suffer with depression, anxiety, addictions and more. My passion is to help people dig deeper to create understanding of themselves and their pain while helping to identify what may be getting in the way of finding fulfillment in their life and relationships. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment to do the work of healing in your personal life as well as intimate relationships.

Premartial Therapy

Premarital Therapy is a great way to get your marriage started on the right foot and be able to gain a deeper understanding of not only yourself but your partner as well. Together we can build a plan for topics to cover such as finances, communication skills, children, religion, extended family and more.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a great space to have one on one support. During this time together, a combination of modalities will be used including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.

Individual therapy, also called talk therapy, can help sort out feelings, behaviors and thought patterns over a variety of topics such as anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, etc.

Together we can set goals to help you feel better and live a happier, healthier life.

Couples Therapy

Relationships are not always easy and sometimes having someone sit with you to help resolve conflicts is necessary.  Often couples therapy is also called marriage therapy, but this can be helpful for those in a dating relationship as well.

Just like individual therapy, a combination of modalities will be used including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.

Couples therapy can address many topics including communication issues, intimacy, raising children/blending families, infidelity, etc.
